Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of TrackMyTruck, provided by QuiSiteApp di Antoniu Laurentiu Stratulat (Via Fra Giacomo Veronese 124, int. 1, 07026 Olbia (SS), Italia, VAT number IT03091990907). By creating an account you accept them.

The service

TrackMyTruck shows food trucks, street vendors, market and fair stalls on a map, their menus and products, news and promos, and lets customers chat with them. Businesses manage their trucks, menus, staff (dispatchers), news and plans in the web console.

Accounts

You must give correct information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens with your account. We may suspend accounts used against these terms or the law.

Customers

The map, opening times, menus and prices are published by the businesses. We do not guarantee that a truck is open, where it is, or the accuracy of what it publishes. Purchases happen directly between you and the truck. Be respectful in chats: no insults, spam or illegal content.

Businesses

  • You are responsible for the data you enter (company details, licences, trucks, menus, prices, promos) and for having the licences your activity requires, as stated in the declaration you sign.
  • Plans, prices and what each includes are shown on the Plan page. Prices are shown without VAT where applicable. New businesses get a free first month with every feature.
  • Plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in the billing portal; the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid.
  • Payments and invoices are handled by Stripe.
  • Data processing: for the personal data you enter about your staff and customers, you are the controller and we process it on your behalf, only to provide the service, with appropriate security, using the providers listed in the Privacy Policy, and we delete it when you delete it or close your account (art. 28 GDPR).

Rules of use for businesses and staff

Owners accept these rules when they register; dispatchers when they first sign in. The owner is responsible for their staff following them.

  • The truck's position is shared only while it is parked. While the truck is moving, sharing pauses automatically.
  • Never use the app while driving.
  • Publish only true and up-to-date information: where you are, opening times, menus, prices and promos.
  • Respect customers in chats and notifications: no spam, misleading promos or offensive content.

If these rules or the law are not respected, TrackMyTruck may block the truck: it is hidden from customers and cannot go online until the issue is resolved. Write to info@trackmytruck.it to ask for a review.

Consumers' right of withdrawal

Consumers have 14 days to withdraw from a paid contract. By asking for the service to start immediately (for example during or right after the free month), you accept that the right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully provided.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or the content published by businesses and users. Nothing in these terms limits consumers' rights under mandatory law.

Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant we will tell you in the app and may ask you to accept them again.

Law and courts

These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the courts of their place of residence are competent; otherwise, the courts of [CITY].
