What data we process
- Account data: email address, name (if provided by Google or Apple sign-in), password (stored only in encrypted form by Firebase Authentication).
- Location: customers' position is used on their own phone to show nearby trucks and is not stored on our servers. Truck staff (dispatchers) share their truck's position while they choose to be online; it is stored and shown to customers.
- Chat messages between customers and trucks, and the customer's name shown to the truck.
- Business data entered by owners: company details, tax and licence numbers, trucks, menus, photos, news and promos, and the declarations they sign.
- Identity verification of business owners (ID document and selfie), carried out by Stripe; we only receive the result.
- Payments for business plans, handled by Stripe; we do not receive full card numbers.
- Technical data: push notification tokens, followed trucks and app settings stored on the device, crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics).
Why, and legal basis

- To keep accounting and legal records, such as invoices and signed declarations (art. 6(1)(c), legal obligation).
- To keep the service secure and working, and fix crashes (art. 6(1)(f), legitimate interest).

Some of these providers are in the USA. Transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep data
- Accounts and their data: until the account is deleted.
- Chats: until the customer deletes their account or the business deletes the truck.
- Signed declarations and invoices: as long as required by law (in Italy, generally 10 years), also after business data is deleted.
- Crash reports: up to 90 days.
